Four different kinds of help, kept separate, because they need different answers.
If you have an account, the quickest route is from inside the app: it attaches the question you were looking at automatically, so you do not have to describe which one you mean.
For a concept you are stuck on, or an explanation that did not land. Something like I still do not understand why option B is wrong here. If you ask from inside a practice set we already know which question you mean, which chapter it belongs to and which option you chose, so you can start with the actual difficulty.
Separate from asking, and it should be. This is for a possible wrong answer, an explanation that contradicts the stem, a typo, a wording problem, or a formula that does not look right. Every report is checked against the CISI syllabus before anything is changed, and the question reference comes attached automatically.
For anything that would make studying here better: the study experience, the questions and explanations, Formula Lab, the Master Exam, or the site itself. Most of what gets built next starts as somebody saying a small thing was awkward.
Signing in, access, payment, or something not working. Include what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
Many questions are already answered on the FAQ. If you would rather write to us directly, the contact page has the details.
