Terms of Use, version 1.1
Effective 12 October 2026. Superseded versions are kept on record.
Bourse Prep ("we", "us") provides independent online exam preparation tools, including practice questions and mock exams, for finance and investment certifications. It offers two courses: preparation for the CISI International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (ICWIM) and for the CISI UAE Financial Rules and Regulations (UAE FRR) exam.
Bourse Prep is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or produced in partnership with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), the UAE Capital Market Authority (formerly the Securities and Commodities Authority), or any other examining body or authority.
Access is bought per course. A plan for one course grants use of that course on the practice platform for the stated duration, and does not open any other course. A two-course plan grants use of both courses for the stated duration. Each course keeps its own access dates.
Access is study material only. It does not constitute a guarantee of any exam result, certification, or professional outcome.
Accounts are for individual personal use. Sharing login credentials, redistributing question content, or attempting to bulk-extract questions from the platform is not permitted.
All questions, explanations, and platform content are owned by Bourse Prep or its licensors. Purchasing access grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation, not a right to copy, redistribute, or resell it.
Exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond the platform, including your own study and performance. We do not guarantee a pass or any specific score.
We may update, add to, or adjust questions and features over time as part of ongoing content improvement.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including sharing accounts or misuse of content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in them limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
