Bourse Prep wrote this document itself, in plain language, to describe how the service works. It is not legal advice. If anything is unclear, email hello@bourseprep.com.
Privacy Policy, version 1.4
Effective 13 October 2026. Superseded versions are kept on record.
This policy describes how Bourse Prep handles personal data collected through the website and platform, including your account details, how you use the platform, and the records we keep of your payment.
Account information: your name and email address. When you submit a purchase enquiry we also collect your mobile number and your country. Study activity and progress data, including the questions you answer and your results.
We do not use advertising, and we do not track you across websites. Bourse Prep does not set cookies. When you use the platform, your browser keeps a few small items in its own storage: the token that keeps you signed in, your Master Exam flags until they are saved, the plan you chose before creating an account (for up to 24 hours), and whether you have answered our invitation to leave a review. None of them is used to track you.
We count how the website is used, as totals that do not identify you. Vercel Web Analytics records each page visit: the page, the website that linked to it, an approximate location (country, region and city, worked out from the request), and the type of device, operating system and browser. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Vercel tells one visit from another by a code made from the request, which it discards after 24 hours, and we see totals only. Before a visit is recorded, its address is cut down to the page, the course and any campaign tag, so codes from email links are never sent. When a free demo is started or finished, the site adds one to that day's total for the course; nothing about you is sent with it. We also count, as totals, the accounts created and the requests for access, from our own records.
To provide the practice platform, track your progress, arrange and confirm your payment, respond to support requests, understand from the totals described in section 2 how the website is used so we can improve it, and, where you have given consent, send product updates.
We do not take card payments and we never see or store card details. Access is arranged directly with us. When you submit a purchase enquiry we collect your name, email address and mobile number so we can contact you and arrange payment. Payment itself is completed outside this website, for example by bank transfer, and the record we keep is the amount, the date and a payment reference.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers we need to run the platform:
Our database is hosted by Supabase in the European Union. Our other providers are also located outside the United Arab Emirates, and their own privacy policies apply to the data they receive.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a form you can take elsewhere. Email hello@bourseprep.com from the address on your account and tell us what you would like. We handle these requests ourselves, and we aim to respond within two working days. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it. Deleting your account removes your study history and cannot be undone. If we must keep a record for legal or accounting reasons, such as a payment record, we keep only what is needed and tell you what we kept. You may also have other rights under UAE law.
We keep your account and study data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and your study history, normally within 30 days of confirming the request. Order and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for business records. Our hosting and email providers keep their own operational logs for the periods set out in their policies.
Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page.
